About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the MIRAGE website or submit an enquiry. MIRAGE is currently a hospitality project under development.
Who is responsible for the information
Until a separate legal entity is established for the project, the MIRAGE website is operated by Roméo Morghati in his personal capacity as the founder and project initiator. He is responsible for determining how personal information submitted through this website is used.
Information collected
The public Contact page collects information that you voluntarily enter: first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, an optional company, organisation or institution, the nature of your enquiry, and your message. Website delivery and security may also involve limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and technical logs. No non-essential analytics or advertising trackers are used on this website.
Why the information is used
Contact-form information is used only to receive your enquiry, respond to you, follow up where reasonably necessary, protect the website from abuse or technical threats, and maintain a record where necessary for legitimate project administration or legal claims. It is not used for newsletters, automated marketing, advertising audiences, investor scoring, automated decision-making, identity verification or payment processing.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, responding to a voluntarily submitted enquiry may rely on the legitimate interest in receiving, managing and responding to enquiries, or on steps requested by you before entering a potential professional relationship where applicable. Consent is used only for an optional activity that genuinely requires and obtains it. The applicable legal basis may differ by jurisdiction and context.
Required and optional fields
First name, last name, email address, nature of enquiry and message are required because they are necessary to understand and answer your request. Phone number and company, organisation or institution are optional. If required information is not provided, the enquiry may not be processed.
Recipients and service providers
Roméo Morghati receives and handles enquiries. The website and its contact form are built with Framer, which acts as a service provider and processes website and form information on our behalf. The Contact page uses Framer’s native form, and submissions are transmitted and handled through that service. No external form provider, CRM, marketing platform or advertising service is connected to this website. Any provider involved receives only the information necessary for its role.
International processing
Framer and any other providers involved in operating the website may process information in locations outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where such processing takes place, it is carried out under the contractual terms and safeguards applied by the relevant provider. If additional providers are connected in the future, their role and any relevant international processing will be reviewed before activation.
Retention
Contact-form submissions and related correspondence are retained for no longer than 12 months following the last meaningful exchange. Information may be retained for a longer period only where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Cookies and analytics
A cookie consent banner is used on this website. Cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for website delivery, security and for remembering your consent choice are used, and your choice is stored in your browser and in a first-party cookie. MIRAGE does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers. The website uses Framer’s built-in privacy-preserving analytics, which does not rely on cookies or persistent identifiers. The Music & Gatherings page includes embedded Spotify players; when a player loads, Spotify may set its own cookies and process technical information under its own privacy policy. Any future non-essential tracking will be added to the consent banner before it is activated.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No system can guarantee absolute security or eliminate every risk.
Individual rights
Subject to the law applicable to you and the processing, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where consent is used; receive data portability where applicable; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact romeo@mirageatlantic.com to make a request. The CNDP may be relevant where Moroccan Law No. 09-08 applies, and European data-protection authorities may be relevant where the GDPR applies.
