POSITIONING PRINCIPLES
The standards that protect the idea.
01
Premium, never formal
Quality is expressed through thoughtfulness, atmosphere and execution rather than visible excess.
02
Social, never forced
The environment encourages connection while preserving privacy and slower moments.
03
International, yet specific to place
MIRAGE can speak to a global audience while remaining unmistakably connected to Morocco’s Atlantic coast.
04
Programmed, never overproduced
Music, culture and movement are curated carefully without turning every moment into an event.
05
Commercial, yet experience-led
Revenue should come from activities that strengthen the guest experience rather than interrupt it.
MUTUAL REINFORCEMENT
Each part of MIRAGE makes the others more valuable.
Food creates a daily reason to arrive. The Oasis and social spaces extend time on site. Movement and play create participation. Culture and music change the rhythm. The Eco Lodge allows that relationship to continue overnight and into the following morning. Private occasions and collaborations activate the same destination in different ways.

PRIVATE OCCASIONS & COLLABORATIONS
ONE DESTINATION
More reasons to return than any single layer could create alone.
Each layer strengthens the others; none depends on a single one to work.
COMMUNITY & MEMBERSHIP
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP — POSSIBLE, ALONGSIDE THE OASIS
A potential monthly membership introduced alongside the Oasis could provide a fuller relationship with MIRAGE through more regular or priority access to relevant shared spaces, selected movement and recovery experiences, reservation advantages, event benefits and community programming.
ROOTED, NOT THEMED
Connected to Morocco without turning identity into decoration.
MIRAGE should feel inseparable from Morocco’s Atlantic coast without reducing cultural identity to a visual theme. Food, craftsmanship, materials, climate, planting, local knowledge and collaboration should influence the project in practical and contemporary ways.

DIFFERENTIATION & BRAND POSSIBILITY
Born in Taghazout. Designed to earn the right to travel.
The first MIRAGE is intended to be shaped by the Taghazout region and must prove its experience, operations and local relevance there. Only if the first destination validates the model could selected collaborations, products or future expressions be considered. Replication is a long-term possibility, not an assumption of the opening scope.
